Where to Live If You Work at Kaseya in Brickell

The good news is that if you work at Kaseya's headquarters in Brickell, you can live within walking distance of the office and enjoy one of Miami's most walkable neighborhoods.

These are the four buildings I recommend most often to Kaseya employees.

🏆 Flatiron Brickell

If I had to choose one building that best balances luxury, location, amenities, and long-term appeal, Flatiron would be at the top of my list.

Located just a short walk from the Kaseya office, Flatiron offers high-end finishes, excellent amenities, and one of the most impressive rooftop pools in Miami.

The building attracts professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs who want a luxury lifestyle without sacrificing convenience.

For many Kaseya employees, Flatiron offers the ideal combination of work-life balance and walkability.

🏙️ Reach and Rise at Brickell City Centre

Reach  and Rise are perfect for professionals who want to be in the center of everything.

Living at Brickell City Centre means having restaurants, cafés, shopping, fitness studios, and entertainment literally outside your front door.

The ability to walk to work, meet friends for dinner, grab coffee, and run errands without getting into a car is one of the biggest advantages of living in Brickell.

For professionals relocating from New York, Chicago, San Francisco, or London, Reach often feels very familiar.

🌴 The Plaza on Brickell

The Plaza remains one of the best values in Brickell.

Its location is excellent, the amenities are strong, and residents can easily walk to Kaseya, Mary Brickell Village, Brickell City Centre, restaurants, and nightlife.

For younger professionals or buyers looking to maximize value while remaining in the heart of Brickell, The Plaza deserves serious consideration.

One Building I Would Avoid

1010 Brickell

1010 Brickell is a popular building with impressive amenities, but it would not be my first recommendation for a Kaseya employee.

The building tends to be significantly more crowded than many competing properties, with a high concentration of short-term residents, families, and heavy amenity usage.

While some buyers enjoy that energy, many professionals relocating for work are looking for a quieter and more refined living experience.

For that reason, I generally prefer Flatiron, Reach, Rise, or The Plaza.

Why Brickell Makes Sense for Kaseya Employees

One of the biggest advantages of working at Kaseya is the ability to live close to the office.

Many residents in these buildings can walk to work in minutes, eliminating long commutes and dramatically improving quality of life.

Few neighborhoods in Florida offer the same combination of career opportunities and urban lifestyle.

Final Thoughts

For Kaseya employees relocating to Miami, I believe Flatiron, Reach, Rise, and The Plaza offer the best combination of location, walkability, amenities, and long-term value.
